After the terrible events of this past week, we felt it was appropriate to meet up on Saturday at The Watersports Centre on the River Tees to take a paddle up river. It was a lovely spring day with the sun shining and we would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who came along to remember Sim.

We were overwhelmed by the response as over 100 people arrived, some traveling considerable distance to be with us and we had just under 100 actually paddling on the water with us. It was a great comfort to us all to know that Sim had so many friends who are thinking of his family at this time.
